On March 8, 2023, China officially submitted documentation to accede to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, commonly known as the Apostille Convention. On November 7, 2023, Mainland China will officially join the Convention Abolishing the Requirements of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, commonly referred to as the “Apostille Convention” or the “Hague Convention”.
Reforms such as liberalization of investment and trade, promoting the creation of private and rural enterprises, relaxed state control over some prices, industrial production, and increased education investments contributed to the growth of the China's economy
